We are a family business that makes Ratafia, Poniol liqueur, Marialluïsa liqueur and jams. Ratafia is the typical Catalan liqueur, and poniol and marialluïsa liqueur are two herbal liqueurs. All three are a maceration with an aniseed cream. We presented them at the London Spirit Competition in 2018 and won a bronze medal for the ratafia and a silver medal for the other two liqueurs. We are now working to bring vermouth to market, we believe we will soon be able to do so. And the jams, which we make mostly fruit harvested by the mountain. gavarró, winter pears, prunes, mushrooms, cranberries, in short, fruit that has ripened on the tree and without pesticides. We are a family, who took me a lifelong hostel in a small town, Bruguera, the ratafia already came from family tradition and we decided to market, and the jams are the same ones we use for our customers, we did the same procedure. All these changes were made, because in the tourist places of this small town, only work is done on weekends and to fill the days without work.
