Food and wine pairing in the heart of the vineyard, in the company of our winegrowers: • Cutting workshop – March 2021 At the heart of the vineyard, the winegrowers will guide you and explain how to maintain and prune the vines … They will allow you to improve your knowledge and discuss vineyard management. This workshop will be followed by a good Catalan grill and dessert served with our wines. The price is € 15 per person. • Starry Night – Moulin de la Canterrane – July 2021 at 8:00 p.m. The Starry Night brings you together at the beginning of summer around a country meal under one of the most beautiful vaults starred department. • Visit of the vineyard – every Wednesday at 6 p.m. from July 1 to August 26, 2020 at 6 p.m. The visit of the Terrassous vineyard come and live the experience of a passionate profession and the involvement of the vine to the bottle of wine. • Aperitif-cellar – every Friday evening 2021 The winegrowers open the doors of the Fourques cellar to you. Modality: 1 glass of wine + 1 tapas platter (5 € / pers) • Flight and Wine – from April to October A winegrower partner offers discoveries of the vineyard by motor paraglider (by appointment). • Gourmet morning – October 16, 2021 “Gourmet Matinee” in the heart of the Terrassous vineyard. This day will begin with a hike halfway through course, participants will enjoy a “snack” armorzar. At the end of the walk, a Catalan dessert will be served in the heart of our barrel cellars. You will be able to taste a selection chosen by our winegrowers of our “Terrassous” wines. • Free tasting in our Thuir and Terrats cellars, Fourques et Céret: our ranges of fresh wines and fruity, our great Aspres wines and our exceptional natural sweet wines. • Commented tasting and cellar visit in our Fourques cellar followed by a product tasting of the Terroir (the history and human adventure of winegrowers Terrassous in the heart of our exceptional barrel cellars). • Picnic basket and its bottle of Terrassous for a walk on the marked trails of the vineyard. • Group electric bike ride (5 people minimum) accompanied by a guide.
