We are Magda and Jaume, a young couple of farmers who love tradition, artisanal processes and organic and environmentally friendly food. We live in the middle of nature in a farmhouse in Montsec with a little more than 200 years of history. Saffron from Montsec is our contribution to recover the cultivation of saffron in Catalonia, the gateway to this delicate species in the Iberian Peninsula.
