Discover the mountain
To make a customer experience it is above all the reception of the customer that I accompany I study his profile his level, I propose to him to register with the ski school which are our partners and I accompany him as well as possible in his request and his research. My staff are trained in this VIP welcome.
The clients are satisfied with the place because the resort of Formiguères is on a human scale, and has the charm of these mountain villages.
– The equipment has several ranges, meduim, top of the range and beginner so I answer all the requests.
– The location because I am at the foot of the slopes right next to the sale of ski passes. The feedback from customers is all positive, I give tourist information to discover other activities such as snowshoeing, ski touring and dog sledding, accrobranche …
