Brasserie du Mouli

Welcome to Brasserie du Mouli, the beer of Cambre d’Aze.
Established in 2020, Brasserie du Mouli was created by Ian and Angela. We have added another string to our bow. We are both mountain guides and owners of Mouli del Riu, a Bed and Breakfast in Saint-Pierre-dels-Forcats. Always ready to take on a new challenge, we took advantage of some free time with the confinement to add this product to our business. We trained as professional brewers. This has helped to strengthen our craft beer making skills, with a British twist (of course).
These are beers brewed by mountain enthusiasts in the mountains.

We offer innovative and interesting beers for those who appreciate and enjoy the taste of craft beers. We also welcome you who are ready to make a discovery of real craft beers.
This is a new adventure, a new product from the region, and of course we encourage you to buy local, consume local.
