Numerous excursions and outings can be made from here at the same time. "Casa Milagros" is a village house. It is located right in front of the village church, dedicated to St. Felix, which dates back to the 12th century and was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, along with the churches of the World Heritage Site. Assumpció de Cóll, Sta. Maria de Cardet, the church of the Nativity of Durro, the hermitage of St. Quirc also in Durro, Sta. Eulàlia de Taüll. This recognition has been a major challenge for our valley and for all of us who live in it, and has meant a significant increase in the number of visitors. At Casa Milagros we offer 6 double bedrooms with bathroom and TV, two kitchens, two dining rooms-living room and we have central heating, hot water, washing machine selling typical products of the area. On the ground floor of the same building we have a small and cozy bar-restaurant where our customers can taste the best meats in the region and some typical mountain dishes and many homemade desserts and mostly made by the mistress of the house. We have the house open all year round. On August 1, Barruera celebrates its main festival in honor of St. Feliu, the patron saint of the village. A small wrought iron cross in the center of the village reminds us of the old Via Crucis which was one of the oldest in Catalonia and which has been lost for more than forty years, now four years old. to recover, giving it a great reputation and tourist attraction. From Barruera you can make many excursions and walking routes throughout the valley (for example we can access Durro, Cardet, Boí or Erill-Avall).
