It is the only goat's cheese-making farm in Pallars Sobirà. Our goats go out every day to graze in the meadows around the village of Gavàs, located in the heart of the Pyrenees. Every day we milk them and with their milk we produce the cheese serrat, the tupí and the brossat, which we sell mostly in the shop of our house. Come see us and you can taste them. We sell our products directly on the farm from March to December, although the best seasons are in spring and autumn.
