Mollo Parc Animals

Molló Animal Park is a Natural Park, occupies 10 hectares and is located in the municipality of Molló, 600 meters from its town, on the edge of the Natural Park of Capçaleres del Ter i Freser. The park offers visitors a journey of between 2 and 3 hours, but those who prefer can spend the whole day there and stay to eat in one of its picnic areas. The route through the park allows you to walk among the varied Pyrenean fauna; see how they feed and how they like to rest, how they relate, how they take care of their young, how they play … Also, the park guides the visitor on a route where, in addition to being able to interact and see close the farm animals, leads him through the different enclosures of various goats (mouflons, deer, fallow deer, roe deer), bears, wolves, marmots, lynx, otters, foxes, golden eagles, etc … All of them are in semi-freedom , not densified, in the best possible welfare conditions and in their natural habitat. Nature lovers, hikers, mountaineers and children and young people are mentioned here, for which educational and environmental awareness initiatives are planned. During the tour the visitor can appreciate the native flora learning to distinguish between the different species and enjoy their meadows and the charm of the mixed forest of the Pyrenees.
