Arrival in COLLIOURE
Collioure is nicknamed the pearl of the Vermeille coast, and it must be said that this nickname fits it like a glove. The town is situated in a narrow bay, surrounded by mountains, at the bottom of a shallow valley.
The heart of the town borders the beach, the separation being made only by the old medieval wall, which has since been largely pierced to allow the flow of visitors to pass freely from the town and its shops to the beach. Although the beach is made of pebbles, it has a magnificent panorama, with views over the surrounding hills. The church of Notre Dame des Anges with its characteristic bell tower adds to the picture.
Morning
– Visit the sentinel of the Côte Vermeille (FORT ST ELME) with the Petit Train.
Taste the local speciality: anchovies! in one of the houses.
Lunch in Collioure in a particularly romantic setting, in this large garden nestled at the foot of the Dominican convent.
Afterwards, a digestive stroll on the path of Fauvism: “Beautiful blues, beautiful reds, beautiful yellows, materials that stir the sensual depths of men, this is the starting point of Fauvism, the simple courage to find the purity of the means”

DAY 1:
Arrival at the foot of the AlbèresWelcome to an old manor house that has lost none of its Belle Epoque charm, a rare pearl reserved for lovers of nature and the murmur of silence.Children have not been forgotten since a huge playroom is reserved for them in the old wine storehouse and a field of about 2 hectares.

Return to the foot of the Albères, to a wine cellar where the winemaker produces original wines with character, followed by a tasting.
