We produce artisanal cheeses with the milk of our flock. We sell direct to the farm all year round. We offer you the possibility to visit our farm, especially in summer and autumn. We have a herd of 1,000 sheep located in a high area of the Pyrenees. The milk is of very good quality and, in fact, analytically it is one of the best in the state. The sawdust matures from six months to a year to give rise to a high quality product.
