Currently, the company mainly carries out training, activities and support for environmental and sustainable development education projects (EEDD).
The development project of the company tends towards the creation of an eco-grazing activity (maintenance, in an ecological and natural way, of green spaces by carrying out extensive grazing) on the territory of the Pyrénées Orientales. This, in addition to positive ecological action on the environment, offers EEDD educational support and thus helps to develop eco-citizenship. To do so, the company plans to host groups in a fun way. Indeed, an application will be downloadable on mobile. After having agreed on a meeting time, people will be able to find the shepherd during his outings with the flock thanks to a GPS system. They will thus be able to manage the hiking time and the route to follow themselves according to their possibilities. Visitors will be greeted by the shepherd who will raise awareness of the environment, culture and local heritage. Also on the profession of shepherd and working with herding dogs. A tasting service of local products will be offered. The "picnic" will be installed by the shepherd and transported on donkeys in a cooler. The products sold will be local and organic or from sustainable agriculture (fruits and vegetables, cheeses, cold meats, wine, etc.). The purpose of this project is therefore to take strong ecological action and raise awareness of EEDD while promoting a territory (environment, culture, heritage and economy).
