Ecofranch

We are a small organic farm with diverse and complementary productions, from cereals to Brown Swiss breed cows. We are an organic farm, with CCPAE registration, where we produce eco potato, eco spelled cereal, kamut cereal, fodder, alfalfa and organic milk of brown cows (Brown Swiss), selected for milk from the old Swiss cow that was so abundant in the 1950s to 1970s in much of Europe and the Pyrenees. This is a highly prized breed for the quality of its milk, especially for being transformed into dairy products (cheeses, yoghurts, etc.).
