At Riberach, a certain idea of cuisine is defended: slow food, fluid, structured and gourmet… At Riberach, the cuisine vibrates according to the seasons, the market and the desires of the moment, “a contemporary, instinctive, evolving, gourmet and acidic vision of the terroir on the plate”, as the chef so aptly puts it.
The old cellar is divided into three parts: the Domaine Riberach wine cellar, the contemporary design hotel with its rooms “in” and “above” the old wine vats, including, since May 2015, a new wellness area, a “spa in 5 vats” (with hammam, sauna, double balneotherapy and beauty treatments) and finally the Michelin-starred restaurant “La Coopérative”, which opens onto a lounge terrace, a Mediterranean garden with a natural swimming pool and the surrounding vineyards.
Between the sea and the mountains, in this former wine cathedral, themed stays on wine tourism and wine tastings are a must: a moment to share and above all to savour…
