Balade à la plage en canoë
Treat yourself to a peaceful or sporty canoe trip towards the sea! A few strokes of the paddle and you are immersed in a special atmosphere, in the heart of a natural and preserved environment. As you walk, discover the rich flora and fauna of Bourdigou, before arriving at the mouth, on a small wild beach, ideal for getting away from it all. Departure from the base by canoe, ride on the river to the sea (35 to 45 min), 40 min break on the beach (swimming, idleness …), return to the base by canoe (35 to 45 min ). Included: Life jackets, waterproof containers, comfort seats. Good to know: Wear a life jacket. Weigh 15kgs minimum for children. Think of the sunscreen, the cap, the bottle of water and the swimsuit!

Departure from the base in SUP, ride on the river to the sea (35 to 45 min), 40 min break on the beach (swimming, idleness …), return to the base in SUP (35 to 45 min ).
