Located in Saint Paul de Fenouillet between Corbières and Fenouillèdes, the Agly campsite has 41 shaded pitches with electric connections, well separated by shrub hedges. There are two mobile homes, a caravan, and two rural lodges for hire. The campsite is designed to accommodate people with disabilities. It has closed and heated sanitary facilities in winter. It is located on the outskirts of the village; but all services are in the immediate vicinity: shops, supermarket, doctors … The campsite is located in the heart of the Cathar country: castles of Quéribus, Peyrepertuse, Puilaurens, and many others. Very close to prehistoric sites: Tautavel and Bélesta; and many other heritage sites: Galamus hermitage, chapter in St Paul, Ansignan aqueduct bridge, dolmens, chapels, … Many exceptional places are nearby: Galamus gorges, Bugarach peak, Saint Jaume gorges, peak of Verges…; and 1 hour drive from the agly campsite: the Canigou peak, the Mediterranean, the Pyrenees, … The flora and fauna are very rich: royal eagles, vultures, orchids, … You can also practice activities full of nature: via ferrata, canyoning, hiking, trail running, mountain biking, cycle tourism, caving, fishing, at the gates of the Agly campsite; and at 1 / 2h: climbing, rafting, hydrospeed, canoeing, … You can rent the equipment to practice the Via Ferrata.

The Agly campsite is a large garden of 2000 m², very wooded and very quiet, on the outskirts of the village. There are two mobile homes, and a rental caravan. It is designed to accommodate people with disabilities. At the reception, an important documentation is at your disposal (prospectus, specialized books, hiking tips, …). Hélène and J.Luc Schosseler know the region perfectly and can advise you on visits: Hermitage of Galamus, Chapter of Saint Paul, Roman aqueduct bridge of Ansignan, Cathar castles, museums on prehistory, dolmens, …; the natural sites: gorges of Galamus, Saint Jaume, peaks of Bugarach, Verges, …; and outdoor activities: via ferrata, canyoning, hiking, trail running, mountain biking, cycle tourism, caving, climbing, white water activities. Via ferrata equipment is for hire.
