In our mill we do cold extraction of olive oil from various producers in the region of La Noguera and some other places. We take great care throughout the production process in order to obtain the best quality oil. The Gabriel Alsina oil mill is a small family business located in the village of Castellò de Farfanya. We have been making olive oil for over 130 years, since 1879.
