We are a small family business located in the small town of Algerri / (Noguera). In our small butcher’s shop, located in the heart of Algerri, we sell the meat of the lambs that we raise very carefully, fed with pastures and cereals.
We look after animal welfare throughout the life cycle of our lambs. The meat of our lambs is very tasty and tender.
It is the result of a very natural aging process, grazing over large areas and feeding on wild herbs and cereals.
