Nothing seemed to predestine the village of Les Angles, lulled by the bells of the cows and the long winter evenings, to become a village resort, particularly popular with families and young people. Fate sometimes depends on a few things …
At the beginning of the 1960s, the village was slowly dying. A few Englishmen did not see it that way and took the crazy gamble of creating a ski resort. On 1 January 1964, the ski resort opened!
With almost six hundred inhabitants all year round and a capacity of more than 18,000 beds, the ski resort of Les Angles marvellously mixes tradition and modernity.
An exceptional panorama, an exposure favourable to a good snow cover, slopes which arrive at the foot of the bell tower, a lively nightlife, quality infrastructures… Les Angles will seduce you with its many assets…
For many years, Les Angles has been doing everything possible to make your life easier: free shuttles, a motorhome area, wifi access in common areas, electric recharging points for cars, not forgetting the smartphone app, which is practical for saving time!
Because we also want you to feel good in our resort, we are certified in quality, safety, environment and energy.

And for even more fun, winter 2020/21 will see the arrival of the “Lou Bac Mountain” rail sled… more than 2km of descent between forest and ski slopes…

Les Angles Le Village Station (Station de Ski)
Les Angles is a real village resort, developed at the foot of the slopes and has managed to preserve its authentic character while meeting the requirements of a modern ski resort. This situation, unique in the Pyrenees, where the slopes arrive in the old village, makes it one of the most pleasant resorts in the Massif.
The ski area extends over 55km of pistes for all levels and 800m of vertical drop. Culminating at an altitude of 2,400 metres, it is one of the largest ski areas in the Eastern Pyrenees with its 45 varied runs alternating between hooked pine forests and wide open spaces.
If you are a beginner, 14 green and 9 blue runs are reserved for you to slide in complete safety.
Experts and experienced skiers, 14 red runs and 8 black runs are waiting for you to test your technique and your abilities.For the more adventurous, 2 sites are available:

Bike Park Les Angles
Created in 2008, Les Angles Bike Park awaits you !! The slopes are varied both in difficulty and in terms of the panorama. 10 DH tracks with 5 levels of practice (from green to double black) including 1 North Shore track with different wooden modules and 3 aerial and fun tracks inspired by the Canadian Whisler model. !!! Everyone can meet in the Park, from beginners to advanced. 1 green run – 3 blue runs – 1 red run – 3 black runs – 1 black double run The Bike Park has 500 meters of vertical drop, 30 km of runs for all levels … Access is via the new cable car The Pilgrims (2019/2020). Young and old will spend unforgettable days.
