In the friendly atmosphere of this authentic Cerdane house, you are invited to live a unique gustatory experience in a warm rustic decor of wood and stone, in the heart of which sits a patio and a majestic fireplace.
The chef serves a refined and sincere cuisine with Catalan influences: ollada, bolles de picoulat, trinxat and Catalan cream will no longer hold any secrets for you!
Its know-how is expressed in the richness and variety of its cuisine, prepared from fresh seasonal products carefully selected for their quality and awarded by numerous gastronomic guides. Among the specialities: duckling with grapes, boned pig’s trotters stuffed with foie gras and ceps, onion compote or monkfish soup in a puff pastry crust with blanquette sauce.
