In our house we have been engaged in pig farming since 1929, and we are now the third generation of family farmers.

We take great care throughout the production process in order to obtain the best quality oil. The Gabriel Alsina oil mill is a small family business located in the village of Castellò de Farfanya. We are a small organic farm with diverse and complementary productions, from cereals to Brown Swiss breed cows. We are an organic farm, with CCPAE registration, where we produce eco potato, eco spelled cereal, kamut cereal, fodder, alfalfa and organic milk of brown cows (Brown Swiss), selected for milk from the old Swiss cow that was so abundant in the 1950s to 1970s in much of Europe and the Pyrenees. Confiserie du Tech is a family business founded in 1964. Based in Cabestany (66), it makes confectionery such as nougat and traditional Catalan cookies. Rousquille, a fondant cookie coated with meringue, is its greatest specialty. For Easter and Christmas, it offers molds, chocolate bars and candies. It has two stores in Cabestany on the same site as the production and one in Rivesaltes. It offers both its delicious specialties and a very large range of Roussillon products sourced from local producers selected for their quality and authenticity.
