El Reixac Learn shared challenges “the world we live in” El Reixac is a house that is not just a house: it is a place where bonds and relationships are woven that make the world a little more livable. That’s why we decided to go one step further and open the house and its surroundings to the learning experience together. It’s not about learning to learn, it’s about sharing challenges around people that can help us go beyond what to do and think. We are in a time when the limits of the imagination are tightening and darkening. Fear dominates the imaginaries of the future and language is filled with insults and reproaches. Learning to formulate problems and find tools to transform them is the most effective way to free ourselves from our fears. And the best way to learn is to live together. Give us the time and space to be together around what we don’t yet know. This is what Reixac Aprèn wants to be: an opportunity to learn and live together and to be together around what we do not yet know but need to think about. The Reixac Aprèn weekends have a person or people invited to propose a course where we share the following challenges: * explore the relationship between learning and living together: all participants will enjoy a weekend staying at the Reixac with meals included where learning sessions are combined with moments of leisure, informality and friendship. * experience the relationship between thinking and acting: doing and thinking cannot be separated. We are only transformed by the ideas we can experience. That is why all the courses incorporate a practical dimension that allows us to share immediate tools of transformation and change. * learn from shared challenges: each course of the Reixac Aprén poses a challenge to the participants, which puts them in a situation of having to think and move forward together * put into practice a thought linked to the territory: the Reixac is located in a region, Ripollès, which is not only a green and welcoming place but has a history and people who fight and are part of the transformations of our present. The ReixacAprén courses and workshops also propose to offer an opportunity to get to know this territory based on the specific topics and challenges that are worked on.
