Sentier Litoral GR 92 E 12

The Côte Vermeille and the Costa Brava are unique places, filled with lovely villages soaked in history. Lands of sun, green vineyards, and sea, they amaze everyone with their bright Mediterranean colours, their bucolic hillsides, and their spectacular coast. Here, the blue waters of the Mediterranean gnow at the Pyrenees’ feet to delight us with a jagged coastline crammed with cliffs and fantasy coves.

The Sentier Litoral (GR-92 E 12) skirts this craggy coastline, unveiling for us its most lovely hideaways. A moderately long trail, yet little demanding, which will delight any hiking lover. From cove to cove, from town to town, go deep into the wonderful landscapes of the protected areas of the Albera Massif, Cap de Creus, the Cerbère-Banyuls marine reserve… All of it whilst going through towns with an amazing historical legacy and singular monuments.

Do not miss this trail which, in 4 stages, takes us from the French littoral to the Catalan one. 87 kilometres of shoreline that will charm you with every step, and show you the most magical corners of the lands where the Pyrenees die in the sea. Don’t you fancy?
