Discover the coast in a different way, at a gentle pace, in a quiet atmosphere, far from the noise… What a great idea! This original itinerary proposes just that. It all starts with a trip on an electric boat through the canals of Empuriabrava, the Venice of the Costa Brava.
The next day, in Canet-en-Roussillon, you will use a Segway to visit the area, then in Torreilles, after a walk through the vineyards, you will choose a canoe or an electric skateboard before heading to Perpignan.
It is on board a little train that you will discover the capital of the Kings of Majorca, before doing some souvenir shopping.
Schedule and duration
Day 1: Empuriabrava (Spain)
Afternoon/evening: Arrival and check-in at the 3* hotel or studio/apartment
1h electric boat trip through the canals of Empuriabrava
Free dinner and overnight stay in your accommodation
Day 2: Canet-en-Roussillon
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Departure for France, direction Canet-en-Roussillon (approx. 1H10 drive). Depending on your arrival time, you can take a walk to the botanical tree garden of Canet or visit the Oniria aquarium and then take a walk along the beach
Lunch: Free time for lunch in Canet-en-Roussillon. Suggested restaurants: La Vigatane (grill/Catalan restaurant) Le Grill / Ô Saveurs du Sud / Sud Paëlla (takeaway) / Torcatis (burgers) / Rimini Pizzeria (Italian) / Crêperie la Canne à Sucre (crepes)
Afternoon/evening: Segway ride in Canet along the beach or to the fishing village.Or Segway vineyard tour (2h) with wine tasting.
Arrival at the campsite or at the apartment, check-in. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Torreilles
Morning: Free breakfast. Visit of a wine estate followed by a wine tasting.
Lunch: Free time for lunch in Torreilles. Suggested restaurants: Tropic Pizza (Italian) / Maya Club (beach club) / Buena Boca (Tapas) / La Baraquette / Le Jardin Guinguettes et Brochettes (from June to September. Grill, Catalan, French)
Afternoon/evening: 2-hour session in a canoe or a ride an electric skateboard ride between the river and fields.
Return to your accommodation. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Perpignan
Morning: Free breakfast. Check-out. Leave for Perpignan for a tour in a small electric train.
Lunch: Free time for lunch in Perpignan. Here are some suggestions for restaurants: La sous-préfète/ L’assiette catalane / Torcatis (burgers) / l’esperanto (pittas)/ Bella ciao (Italian)
